Suzanne Dervish-Ali

Suzanne is a professional actor and choreographer that travels between the US & Australia for her career.

​

Her credits in the Australian film & TV industry include indie film favourites ‘Burns Point’ directed by Tim Blackburn, Open Water 3: Cage Dive' directed by Gerald Rascionato & ‘The Professional Idiot’ directed by Nick McLean, as well as ABC’s series ‘Troppo’. She won best actress at the Toronto Film Festival for her role as Tianna in ‘Teal Soldiers’ and she also created, co-wrote & starred in short film, ‘Cry’, a story supporting women’s mental health.

 

As well as acting, Suzanne has a love for dance and choreography, where she has had the pleasure choreographing live shows for ABCKids & DreamWorks, on set for TV shows as well as international companies abroad. She is so excited to join the faculty at The Actors Warehouse & share her experience and passion for the industry with the next generation!
