Screen Acting Workout: Add a coached, professionally shot self-tape piece to your portfolio

This 1-day Intensive Workshop has been created to help young actors kickstart their acting career. It has been designed to help actors gain confidence in making their own unique character and performance choices, as well as taking control of the trajectory of their career. Participants will also complete the 1-day program with one polished self tape showreel scene.

Under the tutelage of acting coach, Kristin Sparks, this intensive workshop will cover:

• Cold reads and casting

• Scene analysis

• Character development

• Improvisation

• Rehearsal and feedback

• Shooting one scene in self-tape style for use in their acting portfolio/showreel

This program provides an intensive education platform for young actors who desire to strengthen their performance skills and develop professional industry-relevant knowledge in the craft of screen acting.

Please note that this workshop is strictly limited to 12 students only.

All footage recorded during our workshops and weekly classes is kept on our databases for 12 months and is used as a reference for our multi-award winning sister company, McSweeney Newman Casting. Footage is also made available to our students for self-marketing purposes.
