Hollie Andrew

 

For the last 14 years, Hollie has had success and critical acclaim in Film, Stage, Television, Musicals and behind the scenes as both Writer and Director. With an impressive history in training at such high-level institutions as WAAPA (Music Theatre Degree) and Flinders University (Honours Degree Drama), Hollie has since had local, national and international recognition, with an AFI (Best Supporting Actress) nomination for the feature film, SOMERSAULT, and a Glug nomination WRONG TURN AT LUNGFISH (Ensemble Theatre) and win (Best Supporting Actress) for THE RUBY SUNRISE (Ensemble Theatre).

Hollie's television credits include: HOME & AWAY, CNNNN, ALL SAINTS, SUPERNOVA (Series 1 & 2), DOUBLE THE FIST, DOUBLE TAKE, UNDERBELLY: BADNESS, HOUSE HUSBANDS and was most recently seen playing the role of 'Roberta Williams' in FAT TONY & CO.

 

Hollie has also professionally appeared on stage in productions including: HAIR! (The Production Co), THE LAST 5 YEARS (Echelon Productions), SNUGGLEPOT AND CUDDLEPIE (Belvoir), WRONGTURN AT LUNGFISH (Ensemble), MISS ADELAIDE (Sydney Cabaret), THE RUBY SUNRISE (Ensemble), METROSTREET - KOREAN TOUR (Arts Asia Pacific), MUSIC BY MOONLIGHT: CONCERT SERIES (Olympic Park Festival), THE SAPPHIRES (Company B/Black Swan), SING ON THROUGH TOMORROW (Gooding Productions), THE WOGBOYS (Australian National Tour), and THE RABBITS (Opera Australia).

Since recently moving to the Gold Coast to live, Hollie has helped to launch the NAPA Ensemble Theatre in Burleigh and directed their debut professional musical, SPRING AWAKENING.
